An office is an office. Some people say. What happens in an office however, is the driving force behind a successful design scheme. So not every office is just an office. When barrister chambers Exchange Chambers looked into moving to a brand new Sheppard Robson building in the prestigious Spinningfields development it was always going to be a challenge to produce a scheme that was suited to the client’s needs but also respectful of the building itself. A certain number of staff with specific ways of working to be accommodated as well as potential future growth with minimal disruption, were key aspects of this conceptual design.
